anyone remember these badboys?
thats right i noticed this site was under construction back in november and finally its complete/ready for business.
L.A.Gear originally disappeared because when they made the "regulators",reebok filed a lawsuit as they claim that l.a.gear had completely ripped off reeboks "pump" design/system.
i got some black and white regulators when we went to florida when i was 10/11yrs old.
the most memorable l.a.gears were the l.a.gear"lights".surely l.a.gear coulda got back in business by suing countless "lights" imitators?
anyway, theyre back and i hope the range expands.also itd be great if they did some blasts from the past ie:id really want those ones with the palm trees on
check the 80s cheese/coolness on the site it kinda reminds me of the fashion in beverly hills 90210/saved by the bell etc.
also theres an archive style thing on the site of all the different designs.
http://www.lagear.com/
http://www.sportiela.com/lagear/
http://www.sportiela.com/store/home.php?cat=377
that con artist on ebay is gonna have to lower his prices now since l.a.gear are back, thus making his "rare" sneakers not rare anymore.
the ultimate hightops back in business.

good call.when i first googled l.a.gear back in december it just had a homepage with coming soon fall(aka winter)2008.
i checked every few weeks and it just said the same thing.after a while it had been updated slightly with a few clips/pics/history etc but still no news on new ones to buy.
at bloody last, today they are finally available.i wanna wait another month or 2 and see if the ultra cool palm tree ones come out
also i want the dollar exchange rate to be half decent again before i purchase some online.
i hope that when i eventually wear them to gigs i will get a circle of blond californian babes and flashdance babes crowding around me in abundance.
better get grow my mullet a bit more too..and instead of slick it back maybe i'll curl it like A.C.Slater

Re: the ultimate hightops back in business.
There's a book of A.C.Slater in Waterstones. Nearly naked on the front, very scary, a bit childhood ruining.
Anyway, I'm now on a massive high top search as the ones I'm wearing now aren't actually mine. Anybody know any good sites? (UK Based Please)

well they took so bloody long getting the site up and running,i assumed it meant winter.
anyway the whole fall thing in general surely fall should mean at the start of a year/when the new year hits ie:when 2009 "falls" upon us.bloody yanks.

quite a high level of hostile harshness.
so if i called you a "Si" like on football factory then thatd be fail too, right? i thought so.
but to be fair,my puns are always fail though
anyway why dont you just put a bangin donk on it and leave it at that?cheers.
