I've not had a chance to download it yet either. I would ask Calum from Amok if I could go across to his bird's flat and get it off him but he's a total fag that doesn't drink anymore.

Listening now, it sounds alright.

This is actually a lot more gash than I expected it to be. People will probably think it's great that Skolnik is back, but he sounds just like James Murphy on this so far. The whole thing is very Low-ish but... gay. Is the Henchmen Ride supposed to be a shameless copy of the Four Horsemen by Megallica or what?

Plus the name.

All-in-all, I suppose it's alright. I was just hoping for something a bit more melodic and up-beat a la the Ritual. Incidentally, does it have the customary ballad?

Yeah, there are some good tracks but I don't think there are any REALLY bad tracks so I've preordered it from HMV.co.uk. Hopefully it will grow on me like the new Death Angel has. I'd like to see the new Testament tracks live. The new Death Angel material feels much better after the awesome gig they did at the underworld :rockdevil:

I listened to a fair bit of it and liked most of what I heard. There was one song (might have been 'The Evil has Landed') that I thought was pretty bad but the rest seemed to strong effort in terms of modern thrash.
"And what about the churches and all their wealth
There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"

I think it's a great record, the only downside is the songs are all abit samey. They all seems to blend into one forty minute long song.
