Anybody getting this today?
My band in a box turned up yesterday and I got to play fake drums to nothing it was amazing (although apparently there is a program on tinternet that lets you trigger samples through the pc).
Hopefully the game will turn up today.
So if anyone else is getting this and wants to start a band my gamertag is n1prime.
and before you say it, I can't be arsed to learn real instruments because im rubbish.
Party on!

Re: ROCK BAND (gaming content!)
My drums are apparently at Royal Mail's Edinburgh West depot so should be delivered today and i expect the game will have already dropped through my letterbox this morning. Won't be able to ROCK until tomorrow though cos I have my 2 year old nephew staying over tonight. Will def be on XBL tomorrow night though. Up for doing anything other than singing.
Think I will be downloading the extra 'tallica songs and the earache thrash pack first.

I got the metallica pack a couple of days ago (can't wait to play blackened on drums, would that technically make me better than lars?), i'll get the earache pack as apparently thrasher is supposed to be one of the hardest songs in the game (also blinded by fear is my favourite ATG song)
I think for drums I like the look of the nine inch nails pack and i'll probably get the police as well.

Playing it on easy level will make you better than lars. I have watched vids on youtube of some dude playing the metallica songs on drums and they look bloody difficult!!!

Yessir. Didn't bother with the band in a box crap cos i already have 2 guitars from GH2 & 3 and apparently the headset mic works as a microphone for the game.

Re: ROCK BAND (gaming content!)
can you really justify paying the £130 for this??? some people have to much money and should give it to me

Yes, cos I have had the money lying around since Christmas (when the game was initially meant to come out) burning a hole.

Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.
