PR singer, ur just stupid. You simply don't understand anything.

Read my last post before this one, page 2....and really read it and try to understand what it says please.

People do care what myself and martin and anyone else has to say about anything for that matter because look at some of you having a cry about it.

We all sell CDs abroad PR dude....i sent 100 to South Korea a few months back....I wudnt see it as a big deal.

And as for the paying Russ Russell thing. Yes.....you have to pay producers....they dont work for free. The fact of the Russ Russell thing is, he doesn't just record anyone im afraid. He'd already heard of us, checked us out and was into the last demo.

ZT mag song was £150. Paid for from earnings from gigs.

Jus stop crying because I said i didnt like them and didnt think they were worthy of the article because they seem to have done fuck all worthwhile in my book!! The main reason I said what i felt is because I was appalled they tried to kid us into thinking its for the good of everyone on here!! It quite blatantly isnt. and im not falling for it because im not fucking thick and narrowminded.

I like thrash.....but i dont like fucking rubbish. When are more people gona wake up to the fact that they dont have to bum EVERYTHING, JUST because its on Uk Thrash and the band in question says hello and is nice to everyone. When are you gonna learn music and people and bands dont progress and improve that way. If you want to be supportive, you can be negative and still be supportive.

Here are some bands that derserve a 'breaking faces' article or whatever that means. If we are talking about bands who are generally doing something different and worthwhile then there is Aborted, Job For A Cowboy, Impaled, Man Must Die, Bring Me The Horizon, The Gallows to name just a few.

Agreed with all that until you name dropped terrible bands.

The thing about you Heretic boys is that they're not 'negative and supportive', you just insult bands and people. It's almost like you're looking for something to be crap so you can say so and piss people off.

Anyway, no skin off my nose as im not in a band

I'd also argue that these mostly awful bands (at least BMTH, Gallows and JFAC) have got mountains of cover and don't need any more.

I kinda agree with the Heretic lads here, but not about the Seregon thing. We should help each other out but also stop bumming the shit out of everyone just because we all play thrash.

My stance? I think there are a good few bands who are taking thrash in a good direction, but most bands here have toss vocals and are overall pretty amateur in presentation, not quite deserving of a 'big break' but definitely having the potential to.

Some bands just do the whole generic thrash thing which is what I despise the most. Nothing original, nothing to separate them from other bands. Pitiful Reign and Gama Bomb being perfect examples of two bands I see doing nothing for the scene at all, producing bland music and being throwbacks.

If we want a real UK Thrash scene, if we want it to get noticed and if we want it to get big, we need something to set it apart, something that connects the bands of notoriety.

At the moment I see that theme in bands like Warpath, Evile, Us, Heretic and Headless Cross. The cross of European and American, with a little blend of our own which makes it truly 'UK Thrash'. Some would say that it is the Death Metal influences most of the bands display.

At the end of the day the scene is very young and very promising but we need to kick our arses into gear NOW.

Yep.

Ill be biased but there are only two bands on here worthy of a 'breaking faces' feature (being an unsigned band) and thats us and Sekhmet.

They jus sound different. Better different.

It all comes down to opinion then, and i have to say don't really share yours.

Interesting read all in all. =D>
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Don't get me wrong, I do like a lot of the bands I consider generic (I really loved some of Pitiful Reigns rythmns and solos) but they aren't really helping the scene in the long run.

And it's not to say the guys aren't bloody awesome either. I mean when Gama Bomb played the were pretty distant from us but their Bassist was a total legend and a really good guy.

What a band thinks of someone's music should have no impact on how they treat the band members, which is my only real gripe with Martin.

All that said, Heretic have always been pretty good with us and I can't complain that much. Take everyone's opinion as it comes and all that.

Impaled have had some tough breaks in the music biz, but things are looking on the up, there new album is stunning (Due out in November) and hopefully who they are signed to now things can only get better.

On the Ghoul front shhhhhhhhhhhs ill have every man and his dog asking to be support. When quite cleary that line up is going to blow your balls off. If it happens how I plan it.

Cleary Ghoul are one of the best Thrash/Crossover bands to come out in the revival. Ok im a bit baised.... but, nobody puts on a show like Ghoul musically and interacting with the fans.

I assume you've heard the new Impaled then, can I just ask, what is the production like? The production on death after life was frankly quite horrible, and I felt kinda tainted an otherwise superb album. I really hope they've not gone down the muddy road again.

I have a 6 tracks demo, It was given to me back in June, So I dont know if the tracks given to me will be on the final cut but they were fantastic, I was a big fan of DOL, but the new album sounds like Mondo (my fav of the three albums), but very polished.

I really wish I could explain it without posting a track but lets face it its not going to happen.

Jason Kocol is co producing the album and really knows his stuff... he did Splatterthrash for Ghoul, So im expecting a great release.
