25th September

Looks like a good one, i will be away but would have been there for sure otherwise. yet to see Dark Forest with their new vocalist, and the last time i spoke to chris he was saying that they had taken a slightly futurist approach with the sound of their latest songs, fingers crossed this means Somewhere In Time meets A Sultaans Ransom...

Hekz seem like they could be amazing, heard some good stuff about them, young boys too... nice.

Muted are solid and rocking, good stuff! this is a sweet line up. would like to be there!

Dark Forest blew me away when we supported them a month or so ago at the unicorn. Nice guys too, we nattered a bit.
well I hope some of you can make it anyhow, its free to get in and the live music starts about 9.30 and i think its a late one, closes at 2.3. maybe 4 am i think. by that time i should be drowning in alcoholic sludge.

just to clarify

Good night, didn't catch much of Muted's set but it looked like they had a good crowd. I'm disappointed I missed their cover of Thin Lizzy's 'Cold Sweat' - I was held up outside being drug searched unfortunately! - but I'm sure it was rocking. Dark Forest were glorious like last time, really looking forward to the new album 'Riders to the Stars', once they find a new label.

Couldn't stick around for Hekz as I had to get the last train... they seem to have quite a posey vibe though so I doubt I missed much.
