Download Skin And Bones, it's sodding magic.

Sorry, Chad Channing was the best drummer Nirvana ever had.

Foo Fighters just sounds like Bob Mould/Sugar/Husker Du to me, just not as good.

I can't be bothered to do any explaining, but here's a list of joy, most of them don't really need explaining anyway.

Tool - Lateralus (seriously, if you are a fan of prog and don't know this album you're the worst person ever born)
Comus - First Utterance
Iron Maiden - Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son
Judas Priest - Sad Wings Of Destiny
Opeth - Watershed (Yes indeed Lev, I agree)
Jeff Buckley - Grace
Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
King Crimson - Red
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven
Khan - Space Shanty

I reckon albums that just miss out are probably AC/DC - Back In Black, Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick, Megadeth - Rust In Peace, Diagonal - Diagonal, Cynic - Traced In Air, Oasis - Definitely Maybe (Morning Glory is also amazing, but the first album was more rock 'n' roll!) and maybe even the Fleet Foxes debut. I actually really love that album to bits. Absolute bits.

In terms of life changing or major influencing throughout time, mine are in no particular order:

Death - Human
Metallica - Metallica
Skid Row - Slave to the Grind
Napalm Death - Harmony Corruption
Iron Maiden - Somewhere in Time
King Diamond - Conspiracy
Guns N Roses - Appetite for Destruction
Gorefest - Erase
Badlands - Badlands
Yngwie Malmsteen - Magnum Opus

There are so many though.

I've got too many, i really don't want to have to choose.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Hahaha, it's just my hilarious way saying it's my favourite album in the world ever, and a very significant album if you're a prog fan!

There should be a "thumbs up" button for when people do good posts like that.
