Im sure there must have been another thread on this topic, but i've started another one!!! Just wondering what interests you guys have outside of the world of music. Personally, i love cassic 70s and 80s cars and have a 1981 ford fiesta, and a 1986 modified ford capri. It is a standard 2-litre laser (sports model), but has had a bda bodykit added as well as a whale tail spoiler. It goes in the garage on tuesday to have a kent fr32 fast road camshaft fitted (approx + 20-25 hp), and future mods will include an RS 4branch 4-into-1 performance manifold and a new leather recaro interior (when i can afford to get it re-upholstered). I love thrashing 80s metal
i also have a nice collection of Dennis Wheatley first editions which i've collected over a few years, and also a collection of Dragons from enchantica (owned by Royal Dalton). So what about the rest of you? What interests you outside the world of metal???
Other interests besides music
Moderators: James, Craig, Resilience Records
I skateboard, read, hang out with my friends, graff, art, make weird electro, play video games, play football, tennis, girls, sandwiches, work at the shop, tai chi, sleep. Oh and UK Thrash.
I also do none of these things some times and just be a lazy bar-steward.

Do you get an attack point bonus with that?
When I'm not thrashing out, I'm probably designing videogames, writing TV shows, collecting comics or debating politics. Currently I'm a level designer for an unpaid machinima project in the Source engine, and I'm writing my own projects alongside that. Of-course I'd get a lot more done if it wasn't for the internet...

Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Lol at the picture, I am 20. I plan on keeping the thing for a long, long time. As long as the thing decides to keep moving.
I would get a 2.0 or even a 2.8i but insurance is a bitch.

I like the original three "of the dead" movies, after that it all went to hell.

Apart from music, my main interest is computers: building, fixing and programming the bastards - when they work of course. My current PC is running Windows Vista Business, and is called Galileo (yes, I am sad enough to name them) - and I'm now gonna jump straight into geek-land and list the specs for those who can be arsed to read:
Box Specs
Processor: Intel Pentium D 930 (3.0Ghz dual-core)
Memory: 2Gb 533Mhz (DDR2)
Motherboard: ASUS P5RD2-VM
Graphics: ATI Radeon X1600 Pro (512Mb)
Hard Drive: Maxtor DiamondMax 10 SATAII (200Gb)
Power Supply: 480W Hiper Type R
Sound: Creative Audigy 2
----------------------------------
Monitors
HP Pavillion f1703 17" TFT (primary)
Hyundai B71A 17" TFT (secondary)
----------------------------------
Cooling
Processor: Thermaltake Golden Orb II
Graphics: Zalman VF-700 Copper
Fan Controller: Thermaltake HardCano 12
----------------------------------
Other Shit
Microsoft Keyboard with Fingerprint Reader
Logitech MX610 Wireless Mouse
Leadtek WinTV-150 TV-card
EZ-Cool "Mac G5"-style case
5.1 Sound System (Neutac)
Game-wise, favourite is CounterStrike: Source, but closely followed by Age of Empires II: Conquerors and Worms 2. I'm also a freelance web developer (as you can see ): http://www.sonicadesign.com is my personal portfolio.

Ditto. I met him at the NEC a couple of years ago. Nice bloke. Very polite.
Other than music, my main interests are trying hard, but ultimately failing to stop the wife from nagging me, trying to keep my 2 year old daughter constantly entertained, Liverpool FC and horror films.

My other interests, well i am quite the computer geek also. My specs are nowhere near as impressive but i am due for an upgrade later in the week. I'll post them up then.
I also enjoy movies, books, video games, comics (Hellboy ftw). I am also the head of a mod team for the PC game Stalker Shadow Of Chernobyl. Early design phase, but if you are interested in all that kind of jazz then check us out at http://mods.moddb.com/5111/the-diary/.
