NO!
The Hobbits is SHIT. No crowd and a fucking tiny ass stage. It's fucking TINY. You do mean the pub in Southampton with the big fuck off Beer Garden right?
This may be a little late but i'm pretty sure we're up for playing. You'll have to contact the guys though. I say go do it. Give Mikey, Sekhmet or Caspio (Dave) a bell and we'll see what we can do.

Hobbits in WESTON! it's just called Hobbits aswell, it's not THAT big, but recently they've been refurbished and now there's a really big stage, plus the rage crew are always down to our weston shows

Funny you should mention The Hobbit in Southampton, we might have a gig there! It'd be on Friday the 20th.
I saw that you guys were playing there so thought I'd get in touch with them lol, just heard back from them this morning. Did you not have a good experience there then?
I wondered if maybe one of you two (Sekhmet or Rager) might be up for it? I dunno though, depends if it happens or not and what Dave says.
thrash metal maniac: Hoping you've not contacted hobbits (the one in Weston that is ), might you be able to do it for the Thursday now instead? Might be best to leave it a couple of days though and see if Southampton gets confirmed. Sorry if I'm being a pain Cheers!

this is the exact reason why i haven't bothered trying to sort anything out yet!
the thursday will probably be even better in terms of getting a gig sorted for it i'm thinking about asking some other bands to come down/up and play (sekhmet? seregon? ) if they're up for it

The Hobbits in Southampton is a cool place with a great beer garden but the stage sucks hairy ass mole.

Go for it man, the more gigs the better. I think we're getting played on Radio 1 or Gemini (can't remember which) and our mini album is coming out soon so it's a good time for us.

I quite like The Hobbit in Southampton.
Your going to have to get used to small stages Adam cause there's loads of them about, infact the Zepyhrs tonight has no stage.
But yeah we'd definatly be up for doing some gigs, we'l see if we can get something sorted down Exeter way as people are getting into Thrash a bit more down here now.

You have to remember- It serves them right for being knuckle dragging northeners.

The Hobbit is a really cool pub, but a pretty shit venue. Have a look on the Southampton Joiners website. That's a really cool venue. They're always looking for support bands. Not sure if how you'd go about putting on a night there though.

here's the situation with Hobbits in Weston
Mark the owner is in hospital at the moment, so no gigs bookings are taking place for the near future, which is a massive shame.. I know the rest of the people who work there so I can see if there's anything I can sort out, but it's not exactly looking promising at the mo
There isn't really any other places to play a metal gig in Weston, the only other metal bar is pretty poor for gigs, really bad layout, no stage, etc...
But yeah, I'll see if anything can get sorted out
