Im digging some old hardcore punk. Im in a hardcore band, we have only played two shows, they were both on the same night, one on a street and another in a scout hut we broke into, fucking jokes!

Discharge, GBH and Black Flag are pretty rad.

Violent Minds is defintally worth checking out their EP "Riot" is only 2 minutes long but its awesome.

Cro-Mags rule but I prefer their cross-over stuff to the mor eout and out punky malarky.

I dont like straight punk but I love a bit of cross-over, Suicidal Tendancies, Cro-Mags, Crumbsuckers e.t.c...

Its something I've been meaning to delve deeper into actually, anyone got some good crossover recomendations?

I used to go to a lot of punk gigs when I was a kid (Clash, Jam, Dead Kennedys, UK Subs, Discharge, Anti-Pasti, Exploited, GBH etc.)
The first gig I ever went to was the Buzzcocks at Blackburn in (I think) '78.

I'm still big into my Punk. Everything from the Ramones, Clash, Sham 69, Stranglers, Jam, Buzzcocks, etc etc. I still listen to them regularly.

The Ramones are the best punk band. As far as other stuff I like Bad Brains, Dead Kennedys, Bad Religion, D.R.I., The Casualties, The Queers, The Clash etc etc

We're covering 'Teenage Lobotomy' by the Ramones for a gig we're doing this month in tribute to a punk band we're mates with who's breaking up. It should be good.

I like some punk, but not really any of the hardcore stuff.

NOFX, Lagwagon. Stuff like that. And things that were on THPS2 soundtrack etc..

Ah this 'Heretic' (No, not Heretic from Belarus, America, Canada, Holland or Poland etc...but THE 'Heretic from Derbyshire) - attitude.
