Hello...

Postby Metalbrew Stu on Thu Jan 18, 2007 6:22 pm

Hello all,

Thought I'd better sign up to the board so I can shamelessly whore metalbrew at some point. I can't be arsed to at the moment, so I'll just say hello to you all. I'm Stu and I help to run metalbrew (if any of you have heard of it). Jamie of Resilience Records is a gay friend of mine, and we enjoy casual "love". I also real life know Jon of Firestorm and Caps of STD, so if any of these people have any respect round here, let it be known that they love me a lot, so I deserve the same level of respect. If they dont have any respect, then I dont know them.

Since I'm doing such a good job of avoiding revision, I'll carry on. I'm young free and single, standing 6'5" tall and weighing in at an impressive 14 and a half stone. My favourite pastimes include beer, music and the occasional wank. Not too much of a thrash head, but love many of the better known bands of the genre (early Metallica, Slayer, Testament etc...). Other than that, I'm a fan of NWOBHM bands such as Maiden and Saxon, classic metal bands such as Sabbath and Priest, hard rock bands such as Zeppelin and Purple, prog rock bands such as Jethro Tull and King Crimson, folk bands such as Show of Hands and Dougie Mclean, Jazz bands such as Herbie Hancock and John Coltrain, weird fucking bands like Captain Beefheart and Frank Zappa, and the list goes on.

On a more serious note, it's genuinely refreshing to see such a vibrant UK scene as this. Much kudos to Mr Incharge (James was it? I met you at rage).

Cheersm

I'm in charge around here. You won't be seeing much of 'James' from now on...

Uncle Stuart Haigh from Prague (that doesn't rhyme when you read it like that, but basically, it's great). I hate you.

And Jamie, I can't believe this. I come on this board only to find out you're having multiple affairs behind my back. This is such an upset I can't believe it. How dare you.

Heavy metal and such
