What power metal songs just make you grin like a fool?

Gammy Ray - From the Ashes always does it for me.

I don't really find any power metal uplifting (unless you're talking really early power metal) because it is so contrived and tacky - give me traditional heavy metal over it any day, far more pleasing and uplifting! :P

Vanishing Point - Embodiment
Vanishing Point - Live To Live
Sonata Arctica - Victoria's Secret (awesome live!)
Sonata Arctica - The Cage
Iced Earth - Ten Thousand Strong
Firewind - Mercenary Man
Pyramaze - Year Of The Phoenix
Pyramaze - What Lies Beyond

A few of my personal faves

Speaking of grinning like a fool, I was doing that through most of Iced Earth's set at Wacken last year, I was just so happy that I was actually watching them live, and I got a really good view near the front! Can't wait to see them again at Bloodstock with MATT FUCKING BARLOW IWEFHIUPHWFIUPHEFWUY4T870Y!

Arthemis "Rise up from the ashes"
Star One "Intergalactic Space Crusaders"
Olympos Mons "Seven Seas"
Manowar "Gloaves of Metal"
and pretty much everything from the Majesty back catalogue,but especially;
"Into the Stadiums" -"Let's take Metal to the stadiums, that's where it belongs"
"Thorn wishes aegis,rapturous beasts below"
"Aegis arising,the colours of space"

we fall to rise

Some power metal actually makes me laugh out loud with some it's lyrics, Manowar as especially guilty of this.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...
