That is quite a good line-up!

Hahaha! This was monumental indeed. I think it was the first time I saw Mutant (I'd seen Hardcore Killface before though), and I remember thinking they were the best band of the night. Also, Heretic probably played their worst gig EVER this night, their sound was awful, and basically, they were awful, hahaha. Martin would definitely agree with me there I imagine. Everyone pretty much left to go to the bar, and there were me and two other people left watching them, not wanting to be rude. Also the first time seeing Evile, although I don't think I watched them properly as I was running around meeting everyone. First time I met Lord Ashbey too, and that nice lady Kate who seems to have disappeared from these here parts now. Yes it was a good night indeed! One of my first UK Thrash experiences. Glorious times.

You don't see many varied gigs like that now... After a few decided to go off and get signed and make something of themselves. Pah!

I saw them first at the reanimator gig with nebs / mutant / deceptor, but first met joe in bristol the night of the first onslaught reformation gig (september 2005 i think????). He was touting SOTF that day too. Have seen them quite a lot now, in birmingham a few times, nottingham a few times, milton keynes, and belfast. Will be adding sheffield and derby to that list soon too!

I've got the flyer which I knocked up for the first GB London date somewhere on my PC. Drop me your email and I'll bash it over.
