Dear thrash metal community,

I'm doing a project on this culture, and I'm totally new to it. What is thrash metal all about? Do you follow some kind of manifesto? Tell me what you like about it.

haha, yeah we do. We hand it out at every gig, it lists our objectives and gives a handy calendar to keep everything on track.

I only can/want to say thrsah metal is nothing but music to bang your head to


don't just try to do a project to it,
maybe you should try to hear some classic thrash metal to feel it
or go to some thrash metal gigs to watch/ask what will those thrashers do

Those three demerits that I will receive on my target sheet will be as if I had a terrible facial disfigurement (think Pete Burns) I will never be taken seriously again, people will laugh in my face. my family will suffer because of my wrong doings.
