I use a

Jackson KVX10 + Super Overdrive Pedal (Volume 10,Overdrive 0) + any old guitar amp with exceedingly low gain.

Amp - Marshall G100DFX combo
Guitar - Jackson RR-3
Effects - Boss ME-50 multi effects unit

Amp-wise I'm looking to upgrade to a Marshall JCM2000 DSL head and guitar-wise I'm looking to get a Jackson RR-5.

Yeah I really love it, I'd go for the RR-5 or RR-1 every time if I could afford it though. The finish on my RR-3 is pretty bad ass aswell, I originally just wanted a red one but the only ones they had in stock were an errie-des-swirl if you've heard of that? It's like purple and green mixed together - Old skool as fuck. :rockdevil:

A 180 watt single 12" speaker Ashdown Electric Blue combo amp!
Thinking of buying an extra cab for it soon.

Guitars :
BC Rich Beast (no idea what series, but it has a locking trem)
Dean Flying V (no idea what model)

Effects etc.
Line 6 Pod 2.0
Boss Heavy Metal pedal

Bass:
Vester 5-string (no idea of model but it has dual truss rod and EMGs)

Amps:
Laney Bass Head and Cab of some kind

I am currently 'between' guitar amps apart from a shitty Laney practise amp...as you can probably tell I'm not much of a gearhead...

Just picked up a new Ibanez while I was out in San Francisco - an RG3, but a special edition (EX1). They only make this model (afaik) for Guitar Center stores. They were having a blow out and this was going for around £200 so I thought, why not? It's a bolt on (with proper heel joint), fixed bridge, rosewood fretboard, frets and body bound, amber sunburst with matching headstock (rare on cheaper models) and a pair of EMG designed, Ibanez build humbuckers (something I'm told is rare on Ibanez's).

Even if it wasn't a special edition model, it was still totally worth the price, it's very nice to play. The rareity of it makes it all the more sweeter though.

My gear is:

Rally Randy Rhoads w/stock pickups
Dean ML (through neck) w/EMG81
BC RICH Warlock w/Seymour Duncan SH4
LINE6 POD set on 'Brit Hi Gain'for Marshall JCM800 sound
Boss SD1 Super Overdrive as a booster
I also own a Pro Co RAT distortion (good for OBITUARY sound!!)
I have a Boss Metal Zone too,a bit fizzy but not bad for jamming at home on a small practice amp.

i was sorely tempted by the RR jacksons for ages.. but then it came to ebay day and there was a warrior on there for the same price; i took that after deciding the cutoffs gave better access to the higher frets.

got a Jackson Warrior WRXT, i know its a cheapo one and theres no fret binding and its not neck-thru, but my only problem with it is the pickups; which is easily remedied :) other than that it plays like a dream...

amp wise i have a 120w carlsbro bass amp (used to be a bassist) and a marshall jackhammer for distortion; this is kinda shit, im looking to get a GT-8 *drool* at some point

Haha, isn't the amp fucked though

Guitars:-

Jackson DK-2 Hot-Rod Flames (changed bridge pickup to Bill Lawrence USA blade humbucker - not too high gain, it's perfect considering the distrtion I use :P )
Maverick Chaos 1 (hoping to sell to a friend, the neck is warped as fuck though) :?
"Starforce USA" super-strat shape, thru-neck, BC RIch Pickups, Jackson trem and 5 strings HAHAHAHA I haven't played this guitar properly ever, it's been sat there for about 9 months gathering dust XD

I only play my Jackson atm, plugged into a Digitech Death Metal pedal, then into some 1960's/70's PA head and a Sound City 4 x 12" somewhere around 150W max (also have a 125W Celestion 18" [I think] speaker from the 70's)
