Also, practise what you're shit at rather than what you are good at. It seems an obvious thing to say but no one does it. Make sure you still practise what you used to be good at as well, though.

Random diversion here, i found out that until fairly recently we had an ex member of the SS living in my town who had his old uniform in pristine condition in a display cabinet.
