Blabbermouth:
Veteran San Francisco Bay Area thrashers HEATHEN are tentatively scheduled to ener the studio in October/November 2007 to begin recording their new album. The as-yet-untitled effort is expected to be released in March 2008 via Holland's Mascot Records.
As many fans will recall, HEATHEN were one of the most unique bands to rise from the Bay Area thrash explosion of the '80s/'90s, having released a groundbreaking debut album, "Breaking the Silence", in 1987 went on to sell close to 100,000 copies worldwide.
Reborn six years ago, the band are now looking to rise up once more and reclaim the throne of thrash metal.

When I saw Heathen they were really fucking good. I was really impressed despite never having heard their music before - Open the Grave in particular stood out. However, Breaking the Silence is a solid thrash album. I like it and some of the tracks are great (Pray for Death, Open the Grave and Breaking the Silence ome to mind) but there are many other albums I'd put on before it. I haven't checked out VOD yet but I want to.

Still nothing official on the HEATHEN website other than stating that they have a "handshake agreement" with MASCOT. This has happened before and fell through

When / Where did you see them??
I guess he is referring to when Heathen supported Nuclear Assault in 2005. I had only saw them previously on the Sepultura/Sacred Reich/Heathen tour back when the Seps were touring Arise.
