Yes, that's right, ROCKIN' BOYS, a classic rock covers band featuring me and Pat from Damnas, and some of my other lovely friends (including the drummer who played in Jamie's first band Chordless, and the singer and amazing guitarist who played in my hilarious band Firestorm), shall be playing a night of absolute ROCK at the pub where I work in Mill Hill, The Three Hammers on Friday 28th August. So if anyone can be bothered to try and find it, come on down and rock your socks off.

No, we don't have T-shirts, but feel free to buy some plain ones and write 'ROCKIN' BOYS' on them.
It is indeed in London, but on the outskirts in the North West. About a 10/15 min walk from where Metalbrew is. Nearest tube is Mill Hill East (but you'd need to get a 240 bus (towards Edgware) up the road, the bus stops right outside the pub), or you can get the overground train to Mill Hill Broadway, and again take the 240 bus (towards Golders Green) to the pub.
ROCK.

Re: The ROCKIN' BOYS heavy rock experience
£1000 an hour. Our rock is precious and costly.
Actually, we are trying to be a serious rocking covers band, so if you want us to play at your wedding, bar mitzvah, birthday or funeral, make us an offer we can't refuse and we'll be there.
We shall be playing for around an hour and a half, as long as we get everything practised and nice and tight. We are actually going to be practising Highway Star!! But I don't know if we'll have it ready in time for this gig. I bloody hope we do because I want to open with it. We're going to blow people's minds.
I might a little myspace or Facebook group soon for it, but I think to be professional we might have to change the band name. But for now we're the ROCKIN' BOYS. Which, incidentally, comes from the song 'Delivering The Goods' by Judas Priest. There's a line where Halford sings, "We're rockin' boys!" and I've always enjoyed that.
