How could you not spot him. He looks like a stereotypical metaller...

Cheers for last night folks, had a more than top night. Hope some of you managed to blag some CD's. Fuck knows where they all went but I should have done loadsmore. We PROMISE to A. play Transformers and B. Have a load of merch for you if we get invited again to any shows.

Right from the soundcheck to us stealing pocketfulls of pasties from the services on the way home, it was all brill and it was seriously great to meet you guys properly.

Stuck in work now (3hours 50mins sleep) but I'm gonna play that bangers and thrash and read speed merchants as soon as I get in.

H.O.D were amazing, as expected! Can't wait to see you guys again.
Thanks again Luke for all the cool stuff!
We got stuck in mega traffic on the way back on the M42, apparently somone died.
All in all it was a wicked night and met some cool people! Safe, and stuff.

One little moan, it took ages to get a drink. The poor blonde lass behind the bar was rushed off her feet. I must have queued for 20 mins! Another member of Staff appeared but didn't serve, just washed a few glasses.

Fucking amazing show, incredible atmosphere and bands. I had such a great time!
All the credit has to go to the bands who travelled all the way to Birmingham to collectively kick some ass, but massive thanks also to all the guys who came for it, some from great distance. Great to meet some new people and see some guys again.
Good to see you Steve, cheers for the pint and welcome to the asylum!
I think we were just a couple of people off capacity, so a virtual sellout!
Craig, I didn't get a chance to check out your distro at all :(

You're right about the bar, the venue never seem keen to give us more than one member of staff. That poor girl was totally hassled.
I killed Reanimator.

Thanks for putting us on guys, so glad we were part of this monumental show! It was a good gig as far as we were concerened and a great place to pay as our first outside london show. So cool to meet HOD and watch them, they are very talented indeed, and funny guys too. I've seen Crowning Glory 1000893982 times, but they were particulally good last night. Robs voice was in fine form! Enforcer... goodness grief. I've got to say thanks to Bestial Billy for everything he's done this weekend, i dont think it would have happened without him! also thanks to Charlotte, Luke and Povey, you guys rule!! i'll see you all in a few weeks for Nocturnal...

We had more when Dark Forest and Conquest of Steel played, but other than that and TMM it's our biggest.

It was a great way to start Reanimator 08. I think our biggest at the Pear was the Birthday Gig with Conquest of Steel, we were well over capacity for that one and I was still letting people throught the door, but this one was pretty damn close.

TMM was our biggest by far then followed closely by a pre Reanimator gig at Eddies with 147 people, that was Deeds of Flesh,Vile and Monstrosity and Impaled.

Thanks for the stats, I think the words "sell-out crowd" will be in my review.

Ta for a great gig - I just wish I had been drunk!

I will be next time though, it's Shak's turn to drive when we play there with the other band (Neandertahl) in a few weeks. Not thrash but maybe I'll see some of you down there again anyway.

Oh, and the singer from Crowning Glory was unbelievable. Kudos there!
