London Chinook Attack!

Postby James on Tue May 20, 2008 9:12 pm

London was just air striked by a chinook helicopter!

It was rumbling ominously across the skyline, then several objects seemed to be fired out, streaming smoke! At first I thought HOLY SHIT, those look like missiles (even though they are not gunships), but then I saw they were quite slow and had little parachutes.

I managed to capture a photo (chinook visible making its getaway towards the right)

How exciting!

Counter measures perhaps, but still that is fucking odd.

Where i live they fly over all the time (you can tell about 7 years before because the windows rumble like mah belleh) but they have never done anything like that.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

My guess is some air display, but a strange place to do it!

My best guess would be that they are ecm devices designed to hang back whilst the thing legs it.

I wonder if someone got a radar lock on it and they shit themselves.

I really think they were parachutists, they glided from side to side like parachutes and those things above each one look like parachutes.

Parachutes make sense as they want the things to hang back afterwards.

You should have blatently gone after one.

But they are about 2-3 miles away from my hall by the looks of it.

I was walking home from work a few weeks back and I saw a something fall from a plane that was flying in the distance. It looked like it was on fire, but I didn't hear anything in the news so it was probably just some LSD flashback or something :/

That's a rather strange thing to see!

Weirdness!

I was sat out in a field with my mates when we saw a huge bunch of balloons flying in the distance, they got much closer and I saw they were coming down quite near, so i ran out of this field onto the road and ran to where the balloons had been going and they had disappeared :/

Perhaps they were training missions in preparation for the imminent terrorist attack that is bound to happen...

Urban warfare ftw.
