I knew it, I bloody knew it. It's still just another secret message that points towards the possibility, but I really think that Comus are going to support Opeth in November.

I saw a comment on Comus' Myspace that says 'Support Opeth in November please blah blah blah', and the reply on his page was this:

Yeah we would love a gig with Opeth again, but these things tend to be booked way in advance as you know.... November 20? I guess that is way in advance! Hmmmmmm.......

Here are the clues already:
-Glen said to us in Sweden that Mikael Akerfeldt asked Comus to support them at some Opeth gigs. I imagine this would be in the UK.
-Bobbie Watson told me herself that they are booking more gigs and such for Comus, but they're booking at least six months in advance right now. She told me this in April... that was 7 months until November.

So basically, it's definitely happening. And I'm going to cry.

Don't think I will be rushing for an Opeth ticket this time.

But this is the real Opeth headlining tour, not that stupid Metal hammer 'Defenders of the idiots' tour. They might play Hessian Peel, and if they do, I'm going to eat my own head.

The last couple of times I have seen em (Barras and the ABC) I wasn't that impressed. Maybe seen em too much in the space of a couple of years. Or maybe the first couple of times they were just that good?

yeah the barras was gash, ABC there werent enough peeeps to make it feel like a gig, the garage was the best so far...................i can still feel the pain now bein down the front!!!!!!

I think I've only seen them thrice so far, and every time has been incredible. The first time in Leeds on the Ghost Reveries tour was in The Blank Canvas and that was an amazing experience, and bloody hell, The Baying of the Hounds right up my arse. The second time in Manchester was just as good because they played Windowpane and Blackwater Park, the latter which made me ejaculate several times. And the third time was on the Melloboat. They played Heir Apparent, and Master's Apprentices, and Serenity Painted Death, bloomin' hell. Every single time has been amazing! And I can't wait to see them in November to see what new songs they play, good lord, imagine The Lotus Eater live!
