Decent drummer to I figure he learnt how to play whilst in the army. Howeve he could play alot of other instruments.
One thing I will always remember about him, he is and will always be one of the few performers that are genuinelly funny and do it with out swearing.

Re: Norman Wisdom dead!!!!
that is sad to hear. i remember in my early 20's one afternoon off work,my mum said "theres a really funny black and white film on tv in a sec,you must watch it"
i said "bet its rubbish and old and boring"
i wacthed anyway and within 5mins i was a norman wisdom fan. i watched a few more of them over the following days as the tv channel was doing a run of his films in the afternoons.
i got the 12 movie dvd box set collection not long after.
its the only comedy i can actually genuinely enjoy with my grandparents. Norman is so naturally funny and multi talented as a writer, actor, director, musician, singer, stuntman and of course as one of the funniest comedians of all time. if he lived to 90 odd then laughter and being young at heart must be some of the key ingredients to a long life.
i even got a best of norman wisdom cd because sometimes i like to listen to lovely songs about nice things instead of the usual death, destruction and zombie themes etc lol.
all his movies are so uplifting and touching.

There was a national day of mourning in Albania.
