SYMPHONY X are doing a headlining tour in 2008!!!!

Playing on the 6th of March at the London Astoria, will 100% be there, because I don't think any other band (that isn't Heaven and Hell) will ever be as good live!!!!!!!

I'm so fuckin happy, especially after the dissappointment of their 6-song support slot for Dream Theater (when they had a 2 1/2 hour slot...)

Anyone gonna be coming to this?? I think you all should really!

Waheyyyyyyyyyy :rockdevil:

Symphony X were amazing when I seen them with DT. So I'll check it out if there's other dates but London.

Fraid not. London scares the shit out of me.

I'll just have to hope they're playing Wacken.

I'll be there! I met Mike LePond at the gig in Wolverhampton, and we took Jason Rullo out for a beer after the gig, and he was telling us about them headlining London next year. Suffice to say I was very happy, as it more than made up for their short set and the fact that DT were, well, boring.

I didn't think a lot to Symphony X when I saw them supporting Dream Theater. Their guitarist is obviously very good, but after a while he got very boring.. the singer had a great voice though.

I'd rather they just hadn't been there and DT had have played a 3 hour set instead, I was disappointed they only played for 2 :(

I'm sure the rest of HP will be travelling to London for this but I shall not be joining them :P

Dream Theater are boring as shit live, almost like they don't care about playing live... whereas Symphony X really seem to be enjoying themselves onstage, messing around and stuff, interacting with the crowd - proper bo!!!

John Petrucci - Psycho exercises = Best thing ever. Dream Theater... insanely talented but don't do much for me as a band. *whimpers* :P

Thank you, you saved me a job there :D

Harris you obviously watched a very different show to the one I saw, there was a lot of crowd interaction from DT and all sorts of shenanigans.. was great fun indeed!

Especially Mike. He's crowd crazy.

You can't blame them for not being arsed at Download. Download's gay.
