Power Violence

Yeah it's something I've heard bits and pieces about but not really looked into too much. I've heard of a couple mentioned. Dunno if they fall into the power violence category but Cryptic Slaughter are cool! And I remember the name Capitalist Casualties though I may recognise a few others.

Cryptic Slaughter are not Powerviolence, although they were an influence.

and if you want a bit of Hellnation worship check out The Day Man Lost. One of the best bands in the UK imo.

Yeh the demo is top, should have something "proper" released soon. Seen them twice so far, Supporting Asshole Parade in Salford & the other day at Blastonbury & should be seeing them again supporting Magrudergrind & Yacopsae with Hammer Attack in Manchester on Monday

You cunt, you got to see Asshole parade, they were meant to be playing this punks picnic in London, but they dropped out. That 7" is meant to be coming out for over 6 months now. The dude who runs jerk off records is well dodgy and owes me records. I heard anal cunt were being complete arseholes at blastonbury haha, surprise surprise. Y & M are gonna slay at London, I think i'll make a thread in the gig listings.

Only got to see about 10-15 minutes of Asshole Parade because they took the piss a bit changing over and I had to go get the last train home, took them about 30 mins :wall:

Yeh Anal Cunt where twats really, not suprisingly. Their set was decent even played the Vaginal Jesus covers :eyes:

The mic got turned off so Seth just tried to scream without it. They seemed alright on the saturday, seth was completeley fucked which resulted in projectile vomiting the likes I've never seen. Not really 100% sure what happened on the sunday involving them but from what I heard Impaled Northern Moonforest where ment to be playing, people where saying they could have a few minutes while Magrudergrind where setting up (which I'm not even sure was true) because of time lacking, one of the Magrudergrind guys apparently told seth to get off the stage because they don't want their racist and homophobic shit up here or something and seth just got down and walked away.

Then when Magrudergrind where playing they kicked the AC Guitairist (I think) in the head because he was shouting abuse at them all during their set. The AC drummer through a bottle at the Magrudergrind drummer then AC got dragged out by the bouncers.

I was talking to the guitarist after he got chucked out & seemed to be a cool guy and play the innocent card.
