Look i would very much love to do more. But unless we an get a much needed infusion of organisation, free time and anti-lethargy then it doesn't seem too likely.

How much organisation does it honestly need? First things first just give each person a few things to write, by a DEADLINE. Then I guess the production is a bit more of a hassle, but it's hardly worth giving up over.

It is also staying on target and making sure the stuff you report is still news worthy by the time it will come to press etc.
