Midlands UK Thrash Festival?

Postby terrorizer on Mon Apr 09, 2007 9:20 pm

Having seen the facilities at The Bristol Pear, I think it would be a perfect venue for an all dayer UK Thrash Festival. Imagine getting about a dozen bands to play, it would be magic! Who would be up for playing? If there is enough interest perhaps we could approach the Reanimator promotor.

Step forward that man! I think we have a volunteer to organise it.

If you book them... they will come!

We have tinkered with the idea. I myself have no problem with it. Im sure Luke and Bill would'nt ethier.

Its something we have brought up a few times. Its just finding the right time for it. We are always pretty pushed for time.

We are pretty stoked of the reaction we'eve been getting for the gigs we have been putting on the last year... The support has been tremendous and is a factor why we continue to put on awesome gigs. So you never know.

We have talked about this! I think it'd be a killer event and it'd be a pleasure to showcase some of the great bands on the UK scene right now.

We've not done an all-dayer before but if the interest is there we could certainly give it a shot..?

Okay, so there is a venue, a promotor and a few bands. This could be a goer!
