So did anyone gorge themselves on pancakes today? I had quite a few, including one that I made on this giant non-stick flat griddle thing we have (probably about 12-14" in diameter).
My topping of choice is citrus juice (orange and lemon on this occasion) and sugar sprinkled on. I also had one with maple syrup on, but I felt it was a bit dry.

Hey, yeah me and my girlfriend just had three large pancakes each, and they were great. I always go for maximum lemon and sugar, it's just the best! Every year I wonder why I don't eat them more often, and every year I fail to do so.

yeah I had my pancakes and I used to have crepes/pancakes quite alot but seem to have forgotten them recently so today has reminded me of my love for their delicious snackery goodness!

hey Zykoned, here how to make your very own pancakes, FROM SCRATCH!!!!!11!!1!!!11
110g flour
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
200ml milk
75ml water
sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in the centre, add the two eggs and beat it together. Add the milk/water mixture bit by bit mixing it in good and proper until a nice yummy looking batter is formed. Now melt the butter, add most of it to your mixture and mix again.
Coat a frying pan with some of the leftover butter and fry your pancakes!!"!!!!1!!!!
warning may cause kitchen explosions. Measurements made to nearest ton/gallon
