I remember seeing thisvideo a year or two ago and it never really struck me how incredible some of the answers given to the guy's questions are.
I found the bit when people locate North Korea where Australia is on the map to be quite disturbing. I mean, fuck!

Fuuuuuuuuck...
Thats insane, at first I just thought it would be a few thick people but the amount of people who are that stupid is scary...
I mean I think if you did that here you'd get some funny answers but just not that many....

it shocks me how quickly that one guy says "what ever it takes to keep our country free". it strikes me as being such an ingrained, mind washed statement, as if its something he has heard 1000 times and says almost sub-concieously. it really makes you think about how easily all those people are manipulated by the media and fucking bullshit that they are fed everyday, they really believe everything they are told, its insanity!

"How many Eiffel Towers are there in France?" - "Gotta be 10 I reckon"
I wonder how many people they asked who didn't say a stupid answer though? It's like those magicians' videos when the ask loads of people but edit all the shit ones out

Hmm yes this is true, and also they don't ask the same question to that many different people.
Not trying to defend them though!

The thing is, no matter what percentage of the people they asked gave correct answers, those replies are totally inexcusable. The only thing that makes me wonder is how this would compare to a similar video shot in a UK city.

Yeha, me and my freinds watched it yesterday and thought about that, the answers would probably not be THAT stupid though!
Although huge herds of zombie-folk tend to flock to the city centres to look at pretty things and waste money

It'll vary city-to-city too. I mean, if you asked a Glaswegian where Australia was they'd probably say, 'Yer maw'z fanny!'.
However, I would like to think that the average UK citizen is slightly more intelligent than your average Texan.
