Didnt Tony get forced by his label to release his first solo album under the Sabbath name? I also read around then they were reduced to touring small clubs n stuff. Its wierd.

I am interested to see the outcome of this whole thing. Hopefully Ozzy belts up and gets on with his life.

Owning the rights to the name, yes. I am not too sure he owns the copyright to the Sabbath repertoire though.

Yeah well I'm going to sue Jon for offensive dancing, and Jamie for taking to long with mixing, and James for making waste time at work going on his forum, and Donny for ownership of Nebs lyrics (even though he writes them), and Adriano for his drum beats, and the Purple Turtle for making me waste money on beer...
