Lol, has anyone else heard the rumours that it's gonna be held in Rio de Jenererio next year? HAH! As the line up stands, I'm not going, if it improves I will consider, lol.

They should do Wacken Rocks Leeds. It will be held in Millenium Square, yus!

Two bands i haven't heard of before EINHERJER and IN EXTREMO have been announced...seem more for the ridiculous amount of viking metal fans that were there in this year and last

Ensiferum were on at the same time as Headhunter and there weren't many there for Headhunter, it was ace!

I wouldn't mind saving the cash to go this year. I've not been for a few years. Last time I went Saxon had a 2 hour gig because it was their 5400353943 year anniversary or something. Cathederal were there too but they were boring. I only like Witchfinder General! Motorhead were there also, which was awesome. Helloween played too, and were fucking shite.

So many of those "Viking Metal" bands are totally GANT. I like some early "Viking" metal like Enslaved, but the stupid swords and facepaint brigades are just embarrassing.
