It's okay, you can take the fight to them by mentioning Megadeth in every comment on a Metallica video. That's what I do.

"Mediocre" is the right word for this song. Oh well! Still got Gears Of War.

I thought it was ok. I have heard worse 'Deth tracks so...

Onlsaught's new CD'll be better.

I like the dual solo bits.

Other than that, you can see why he looks bored...

That song was ok, had its moments. The intro sounded promising but most of the song was pretty bland and boring in my opinion.

That other guitarist's solos sounded cool although a lot of it was just scale runs... Mustaine's solo sucked, it sounded awful to me.

Oh well lol. :wall:

Yeah, pretty much! The intro and the outro bits are rather nice indeed, but the reast of the song is indeed a bit underwhelming. It's better than Gears of War though. It's not like it's a particularly bad song, it's like Dave's trying to be good again, but can't quite remember how to be. I'd say I'd expect better from Megadeth, but to be honest I stopped expecting better from them quite a while ago, the last two albums on the whole were very average affairs, even if they did have one or two really good tracks on them. Still need to see them live though!

Last two albums? TWNAH was total shite!! Not even mediocre. However, The System Has Failed had some very good moments. I still expect there to be at least on or two thrash tracks on this album because of what band members have said in interviews. You have to filter through all the "must sell more than the latest metallica album" pop metal bullshit first though.
