Am there. Guys I met on holiday invited me down for the gig and the aftermath so getting the train down after work on Friday. It should be a great weekend. So decided to pass on the Glasgow date as I can stay out all mnight after the Manc one rather than leaving the gig early to get the train home. Never been to Manchester before so making a long weekend of it :rockdevil:

Wish I had (a) the opportunity and (b) the energy. I have neither. :-(

Unlucky for you its ugly and exactly the reason why Northerners are considered to be inbreds. Liverpool>Manc.

Move it to London and i will come.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

You could go to this, or you do listen to your own thrash CDs at home and save £3.50.

And you'd save buying that horrible expensive kabab. You'd have a nice meal instead.

And you won't need a taxi to take from your living room to your bed room.

....and you wont have to stand outside with dickheads while they thumb down any passing car, clearly not knowing which one of them is a taxi.
Or your Mrs won't get punched in the bus depot.
Or a have load of chavs mug you and then beat you up in gratitude.
Or be stuck outdoors while its currently -6 degrees.

Anyway, I digress. Welcome to Manchester me al' mucker.

I've never had any problems in Manchester, been to a fair few gigs and nights out there.

Although being from Leeds, I instinctively don't feel welcome there at all. It's bloody weird, but I swear I just don't.

My mate went to Manchester for a party the other day. He now looks like a panda.
