Brilliant, now you can kill that bastard who's stopping you from crossing the bridge to get to the next bit! Hahaha.

Oh Pove, it just keeps getting better and better! Although saying that, the effects of Pandora's Box are a little bit disappointing... but still great. Yeah, Kratos is just absolutely awesome. I like how his back-story is revealed throughout the game and it all relates to what's happening at the time, it's brilliant. I think the second game is actually better than the first, but they're both so amazing I can't really remember.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

You just brought back some horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE memories for me!!! The revolving spikes... eeerrrhuuggghh.... god, I don't know how many times I threw my controller everywhere and cried with frustration at that bit. FUCKING HELL!

But, from what I can remember, GOW2 doesn't have anything as frustrating as that bit in it. There is one bit... of course, involving a series of revolving pillars with spikes coming out of them, and lava below... and it is quite annoying, due to annoying camera madness, but nowhere near as horrifying as that bit in the Hades level from the first one. BUT, there's so many unbelievable amazing bits! Pove, christ alive, you won't believe how good it is!

Did you also feel disappointed with Pandora's Box though? So much build up, and all it did was... make you big.

Jon I feel your pain the revolving spikes took me an age to finish off. I would of completed the game way sooner!

Yeah I was expecting some epic power, then nothing I thought the Mecha Minatour was such a cooler boss tbh. Atleast there was some thinking to do other thene a button bashing frenzy. Anyway I'll start #2 tomorrow and hopefully have it clocked soon to.

Yeah, the Mecha Minatour was such an amazing boss. Yeah, you're going to bloody love the second one! There's a really amaaaazing boss towards the end, some kind of massive octopus mother, just before the bit with the phoenix. And the bit before it too is amazing, a little fight in the shadows, you'll see what I mean when you get there, it's soooo good!!!!

Bloody hell Jon... THE KRAKEN, THE EPIC KRAKEN. It took me a while to work out this beasty, however I slew it good and rode my pheonix to the Temple of Fate thingy.

However he was'nt as annoying as Perseus, man that took me a age!

Nearly done, I suspect now? and up to speed just in time for GOW3

Yeah, that's the bit I was talking about! AMAAAAAAAZZIIIIING!!!! And how about the bit just before it, the silhouette fight with the soldier man? That bit was so fucking awesome!

Yeah you're not too far from the end now. Just one more really annoying hard bit, you'll be running down a spiral staircase of sorts fighting loads and loads of things and it never ends and you'll die loads of times. It was at that point where I failed and switched to easy mode. I am ashamed.

Did that bit where you had to fly around the pillars of spikes make you cry and swear lots?

No, the bit with the air pockets? I did that right away suprisingly just luck I guess. However I died so many time swinging from pillar to pillar across the Chasm of Death. Oh and the chain lift when you have to keep on tapping "o" and kill the Skeletons before the spikes crush you! That made me cry so much you have no idea.

Yeah the Sihouette fight was lovely to. I just was expecting to go into that room and there would be a bridge to the pheonix or something. I've found it harder to collect orbs on this one, I reckon in GOW1 I had maxed out nearly all the abilities by now. I am only on level 2 on all of them bar my blades level 4 and something else but I cant remember what.

I guess that spiral staircase will help me out.

Spiral staircase is bloody tough. I am well stuck on it, I enjoyed the bosses before and the whole conan the destroyer thing (breaking the mirrors). Sometimes its like playing a mythological Back to the Future. I swear!!!

I have to clock it this week as AvP comes out and it looks bloody YEAH!

My sister picked up Killzone 2 for me also £9!
