I really dig the new production, its solid and real sounding, some of the best production I have heard amongst the new thrash bands!

Tracks are much more heavy too! Josh, sounding better and better all the time!

this is a great thread, a real piece of class. ok firstly, Yes i knew i remembered that 3 skulled symbol of disgust and rotting, well done James and well done Warhammer 20k... and of course all hail the dark force of Chaos.

Pitiful Reign - Lovely! Although to be honest i am not a huge fan of the more mid paced style of thrash, but Pitiful Reign do it so well that its hard not to like. Josh's voice sounds really good on the 2 tracks up and the production does sound really heavy. very nice modern production, done exactly right - not thin like a certain Akins based Earache flavour would prefer... (although Akins alone can sound very good! just to make that clear!!). Looking forward to hearing the rest of the album, and catching you live for some visual... violence... !? yep!

Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Well. its been out a couple of days now.

We hear that the label sold out the first print run in one day, and we are getting loads of positive feedback.

None more so than these comments ...

Ex Testament bassist Steve DiGiorgio on co producing the album

"full of energy, raw and sharp as a razor, this is some intense thrash...!" SDG, Antioch California, Sep2008, in my shorts.

Ed Repka, on creating the album artwork

Repka : "Working with Pitiful Reign on the cover art was a great experience. They were very receptive to my ideas and allowed me to create a surrealistic piece which works conceptually on several levels. It turned out to be one of my favorite pieces I painted this year. "
