Alot of those have a heathly dose of speed metal, I think it's the best way... for example, Kamelot are godawful...

Hammerfall's debut has very happy memories for me, I love it.

Angra are the bestest.

I love Kamelot. Although their last album was a bit of a poo with some quite good songs on it, they're getting slightly gayer with each album, and not in a good way. (An example of being gay in a good way would be the LOTR movies, for example) But I do love a lot of their stuff, The Black Halo in particular is a bloody amazing album, as is The Fourth Legacy and Karma. So many lovely melodies, and their musical goodness is very good indeed.
