Overrated Thrash

At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal opinion and people are just going to argue. Annihilator, background music?!?! C'mon. Whatever about their later stuff, AiH and NNL are anything BUT background music.

i think sepultura are pretty boring, and for me ill stick my neck out and say Kreator, ive only liked and loved one album 'coma' the rest really hasnt appealed to me at all.

As for Annihilator, I can only really listen to AIH without getting bored. Even NNL bores me :roll:

I also find Slayer can be pretty boring after a while, there is not enough variety in their music for my liking.

Slayer, Sepultura and everything German except Tankard.

I would go and say Annihilator are underrated! The first two releases are amazing. And only really the last two are a bit poop.

Dark Angel are overrated. I have 3 albums which I got from Ian. And I don't like a single song of any one of them.

Fuck 'Leave Scars'. You want DD and TDNH! The latter being the best piece of technical Thrash in existance.

There are a few good tracks. It pales in comparison to DD and TDNH on a whole, though.

Slayer. I do not understand the hype with Reign in blood, sure the song Rainning blood is great and aangel of Death but the rest just typical Slayer. They are a band without much veriaty in their music, Every album is just about the same with only one or two songs which stand out.

Mind you I do have a soft spot for South Of Heaven cause it was the first Slayer Album I heard.
