Hellfire Festival II

Postby origamikid on Fri Sep 04, 2009 11:02 pm

Dont think there is anything on here about this yet - so here goes:

Hellfire Festival 2 is actually shaping up to be awesome!

So far I am very interested in seeing Saxon headline with Anvil supporting for the saturday. On top of that Evile, Gama Bomb and Savage Messiah have been added.

Shame it is in Birmingham now tho, as that is quite expensive to stay at but I think I will be going! Supporting the underground scenes (not necessarily the thrash scenes however) but supporting the underground never the less.

Meh, I'd love to go to it but there's no way I can afford the ticket, transport, somewhere to stay, food, beer and so on. The main stage on saturday looks like non stop fucking heaven once the first band have finished.

This is really good! But being in sheffield at the time pretty much makes this impossible for a fellow such as myself. Killer x 2 lineup though!

For once in my sad little life I got around to booking tickets AND a hotel. EPIC. Can't fucking wait for this.

Its like £15 return on the train from Marylebone to Birmingham maybe even cheaper on the greyhound.

There are plenty of youth hostels in and around Brum to, if you dont wanna sponge for a hotel.

There is a Comfort Inn right by New Street station and a nice cheap hotel on Hill Street which is part of the Wetherspoons chain.
