Can we have not have those lovely scrolly posts for big images?

I'm looking at doing something like we had with the "click to see the full image" but the code between forum versions is so different I can't work out how yet.

Yes but craig see purely in C++ so it takes him a while to translate anything.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I've fixed the code now so that it has the same behaviour as before - i.e. it resizes any images bigger than 500 to be 500 and opens a link to the full-size image in a new window when it's clicked on.

The problem is tied to the Server Errors - the techie at 1&1 (who I use for hosting) switched the forum over to PHP5 (the server has PHP4 and PHP5 running at the same time, PHP4 is used by default) and there's one minor difference between the versions which interfered with my code that I wrote to resize all images over 500 pixels.

Edit

I've now found that all of the speed and image issues are actually linked to the same problem - namely that the code I wrote to resize the images is badly bloated, so all of the speed/image/server problems are now being handled from one thread:

I've also merged all posts relating to the image problem here.
