my best way of describing it is like having infinite intense pins and needles for the duration.also when they use different types of needles ie;single outline needle and triple filling in needle thats when you get a mixture of pain.
sometimes it hurts an inch or 2 away from the needle,like a kind of static shock.
of course its gonna sting for a few days but with enough aftercare the sting soon goes(you may have the odd restlessnight)
i think my 2nd one healed quicker as my immune system must have been a tad more used to it after the first one.
there are still areas i think could hurt a lot more as the upper arm/thighs/arse etc are quite fleshy.
put it this way if my mum can have one done then you lot should be able to bare having a tattoo

last august landphil approached me in underworld(before the first band had even started and evry1 was hanging around)
i had shorter sleeves and he spotted it and said "whoa dude i love your tattoo" then he went and got ryan waste to come see and chat etc and i grabbed a photo.so that was cool.

yeah i recently wanted to add colour so i got a red nipple added.

speaking of youtube you can see me doing a stagedive as wastes bangover tune starts in underworld last aug.(in in a blue cut off denim)

TBH it dont really hurt, ive had 3 solid 8 hour sessions before and after a while u get used to it, sitting in 1 position for 8 hours is the worst part. I had my sternum tattooed and that was fine. Side of the calf is painless. The back of the tricep and in your arm pit stings a bit but easily bareable.

One time i had a whole day session then straight after went to watch down to nothing and went fucking mad at the show, prob not a great idea but i was up for the mosh! didnt affect the tat

My chest tat goes on to my belly, it aint that bad, my missus has a belly tat she sat like a rock man. The eternal nightmare cover would look dope as a tat

If I got a tattoo I'd probably get one on my ribs that made it look like the skin had been ripped open and you could see the ribs.

I might get a terminator-like tattoo on my face that makes me look like the...T1000? I dunno whatever Arnie is. Yeah him when his face is half gone.
