Hi, we're looking for a bassist, possibly a sample/synth/keys/electronic drum type person and are open to the possibility of a 3rd guitarist joining us to waste their lives away jamming, gigging, writing music, having fun and becoming ultra rich and famous...

I'm sure you've gathered by now that what we're looking for is someone who loves playing, has a sense of fun and adventure and won't be gutted if we're not playing MEN arena 3 weeks after they join It'd be handy if you could play fairly well but attitude is more important. If you're racist, sexist, sick-in-the-head or like to scream 'meathead' at passers by, people on busses and your social worker please don't waste our time. Thankyou.

About us... Okay, its mostly 'about me' but hey it's a lonely life. Sniff. I used to play in a thrash band called Verm until the drugs, rock and roll stardom and bitching pulled us apart. We played some great gigs and got some awesome reviews but it wasn't to be. After the split I took a break and wrote some songs. COTF is basically those songs plus about a million song ideas I haven't worked on properly yet. Oh, I'm a vocalist/lead guitarist BTW. Jon is our other guitarist and AIDA provides the drums.

The aim is to finish recording the tracks and get out there and gigging them from October(2008). Then annoy labels, write more tunes, gig more, etc etc. The usual in other words. As a rule we only jam when we're lining up for gigs after a break, writing/learning new stuff or just feel like making noise so we wont ask you to make unreasonable commitments; we know people need day jobs and have rent to pay. On the other side of the coin we do put in a lot of personal practice time so that rehearsals are exactly that: rehearsals of stuff we've been practicing.

Finally, bribing us with bottles of Jager at a try out probably won't work... but feel free to try it anyway
