just phone/email banquet records to see if your ticket is being held or sent and get a reference number just incase.
mine arrived monday and it was a shoddy blue peter style ticket with all the info written in black markeron a banquet records business card style ticket.and it had a reciept attached with my payment details.
if your ticket hasnt arrived on friday then just bring the card you paid with and it should match some info their end/on the door.

i was there last night at the Pantera tribute,Dimebag Darrel rememberance gig.it was crazy in there.i got my nose busted and some poor lad lost a tooth!!!!there was plenty of dives and lots of falling over(due to the shiny wood floor being covered in drink)there was also 2 walls of death throughout the eve.its was so good.
also the already small venue has been shrunk even more due to the p.a system being sectioned off and barricaded/reinforced(although i like it coz it crams more people in)
the speakers have all been tied back and secured properly to stop them crashing down.
who knows what chaos is gonna happen when the waste play there....
didnt buy it with my card though
