I'd say all Pantera.
And whoever said Powerslave is a tool.

Reign in Blood is a great album indeed
but it's really got overrated I think,
I prefer Show No Mercy, their best for me

It's ok but sloppy
a lot of the riffs sound the same
and it's not as if i've never listened to those songs mentioned above, i was recommended that album years ago when i was just getting into thrash, and i never got the hype.

Trivium.
Ultimate . Sometimes I wonder why you bother...
Sorry but as long as we hold popular opinion as the validation required for an album to be considered an 'all time classic' then the popularity of Trivium's albums has to be taken into consideration.
Whilst not all that bad, their music is not thrash, nor metal and is extremely over-rated.
So what were you getting at?
Guns n Roses - Appetite for Destruction would be my other nomination.
Couple more s in there. What I am getting that is you quote something that explicitly states 'qualify your answers' and then you do not. This was my main point. Next, current popular opinion does not really qualify something as an 'all-time classic'. Which Trivium album would qualify exactly? They are too recent and also too widely hated to be a 'classic' by any stretch of the imagination. Next, while Trivium are definitely not Thrash, they are Metal. It might be shit and offensive in its style, but Metal none the less. However, like I said, responding to a post by doing exactly what it asked you not to do is pretty and that's why I put that post up.
I also disagree with your GnR because that was key to introducing me to rock and metal. It's a grand collection of sleazy rock songs. Numerous classics. You see, what I've done there is elaborated on my point... Good aren't I.
