which of Sepultura's first 3 full-lengths is your favourite?

I am going with Morbid Visions all the way :rockdevil:

Toss up between BTR and Arise for me and it would have to be BTR. BTR wins just for having Inner Self on there which was the song that got me into the Seps ater i saw the video on "The Power Hour" in 89.

BTR-I haven't heard the other two yet but in Music Zone they're like £6/7 so I'll pick 'em up at some point.

I don't know why, I just can't rate Beneath the Remains as highly as the previous two. It's one of those albums that I know I SHOULD like, and technically everything is note perfect to be a classic thrash album, but I only ever give it the occasional spin.

I just find it a bit too 'clinically' done, and it lacks the 'potency' of the previous two. Hard to explain as I said - I knew most people would say BTR though, as it's the understandable choice.

I have all three but BTR takes it for me, the first two seem a bit too slayer-clone for me and I dont like Max's early vocals.

BTR is a classic.

It's a toss up between BTR and Schizo. The former probably takes the title, though.

BTR but Schizo could have been fantabular if Igor hadn't been playing two suit cases for toms.
