07/07/08 - Hyde Park

Who is coming to this again? Last year was awesome so we should all get together in Hyde Park and worship everything related to his kingliness!

Well, King Diamond has a song called 'The 7th Day Of July 1777' so I figured that, seeing as many of us love the King's music, we should meet up on that day (2007 obviously) and praise the true god of heavy metal. So last year a bunch of us went to Hyde Park and spent all day drinking and listening to King Diamond/Mercyful Fate, it was great and this year will be another 07/07 date and it would be fun to do it again. But bigger and better. Coming?

My brother has this cool ipod docking port thing which has really good speakers, but it's un-bloody-likely that I'll be able to bring it.

This is two days after Maiden at Twickenham as well, so I'm sure I'll be in quite a party mood!

Yes i will bloody come, the last one was complete and super fun.

No, i will not leave at 11pm catching the last train and get home at 1am have three hours sleep and go to work completely pissed.

i'm going to go mad for it! totally bloody mad! we should make it more of a picnic too. there was enough beer last time, but not enough food. i want paper plates and ham slamwiches (thanks gama bomb!). the position was good though last year, we should certainly go mad for it.

Is camping allowed in Hyde Park? I'd guess probably not, but otherwise it would remove the need to get last trains and such, and generally be hilarious.

Just hope the weather is good, and ideally the Tour de France wont be such a pain either!
