An hour and a half off, not a bad guess! Drinking 2000ml of Capri-Sun in 12 hours is not one of my best ideas, I'll admit. But like you say, had a little rest and everything was lovely. Infact, that paragraph pretty much sums up my entire weekend. Splendid.

Now, what I thought of the weekend. Wheeeeee. I hate festivals. I'm never doing two in two weeks again. I might never go to one again. Horrid. Most the bands were shite, especially At The Gates. Terrible.

BUT

Despite the fact they never let me sleep, the UKThrash laddies were lulz, so I can't complain. Great banter weekend. UKThrashball was great (Photos, mort?), UKDodgems was fantastic (I must have spent...£40ish on them), the banner was obviously class, ripping Cara was great, ripping racial steve was great. Aaron being not square was terrible. I bought all those Square crisps for nothing. Meeting new people was brill.

Faraz is a sleepy bear man who can save shots. Ben is a tall but kind hoodie lender, and bloody nice. Sam is an angry phone boy. Aaron isn't square, in both meanings of the phrase. Mort is brill, we went for ice creams, dodgem rides and he gave me a nuggy. He were my festival dad. Feemo was a mad man, with fantastic on stage hat actions and a perfect partner in dodgem crime. Joe was a NINJAAAA, quiet, but funny when he spoke. I like that. Emo-Dave said nothing but terrible jokes. He was great. John sat on himself. ELIMINATIOONN Dave was a grand lad, didn't see too much of him. Shames. Michelle was lovely, thank you very much for the McDonalds, you're a darling. Hope I ain't missed anyone out, but yes, many splendids. Thank you for all the funs.

I feel shafted.

Oh, and let's not forget my beautiful Steph. She's now my wife. Whether she knows it or not.
