Seriously, no one could ever have any idea how out of this world Comus were. Using words like 'amazing' or 'unbelievable' just don't come anywhere near doing it justice. The best thing I have ever experienced. The whole weekend was amazing, the best bloody thing in the world. Mikael Akerfeldt cried during Comus, he told us afterwards. Ridiculous, I can't believe it.

Comus had with them their old roadie from the 60s/70s, his name is Wilf. He is the best, so many great stories... alot of them containing "...so Muggins over here" followed by his hilarious escapades of driving up and down the M1 in the 70s. Hilariously we must have chatted to him at least 4 or 5 times, and even though sometimes we spoke at lengths... he still couldn't remember us! A fantastic guy.


So.... well there may be hope left yet for people to see Comus (although it will never ever be as good as seeing them on the boat), it would seem that they have been offered some really great shows from all around the world.... including a possible tour support slot for a certain UK leg or a particularly well known Swedish Death Metal Prog act... called Opeth.... possibly!
