Ahoy hoy!

Hello all! I'm Alex. Not sure how important that is really. Anyway, I'm originally from Oxfordshire (Bicester, if anyone's unfortunate enough to know it), currently living in Newcastle. If anyone else lives round here, come see me in Legends, I work behind the bar most Friday and Saturday nights. I'm the only barman with long hair.

I'm also twenty, twenty one in March.

I'm into most metal that's not death, black or crap (examples of the latter: Trivium, BFMV, etc.), but since this is a thrash metal forum, I guess I should be focussing on that. I'm mostly into thrash metal and neo-classical/shredding type shit (Vai, Satch, etc.). My favourite band is probably Metallica, but I don't tend to choose favourite things, because there's not really much point. Even if I say Metallica are my favourite band, it dosen't make Slayer, Maiden or Annihilator any less awesome, so why bother comparing? I do have one clear cut favourite album however: Master of Puppets. Best album ever, and unleashed unto the world only 13 days before I was. Isn't that fun?

Anyway, if I seem a little moody in this text, it's because, well, I am right now. To cut a long story short, women. I promise I'm usually much happier (although I don't know how much it really comes accross in text form, since I'm always the one writing it). It dosen't help that it's just gone 2am, and I have to be at work at 9am, and I can't be fucking arsed.

Anyway, hello all, hope to have some good fun times here! Hopefully one day we can all get a plan together to make a giant Jammie Dodger and put it up on Pimp That Snack (formally Pimp My Snack, see http://www.pimpmysnack.com for an explanation).

Hehe, thanks. It's something my brother used to call me. The length of the story outweighs the interestingness, so there's not much point in telling it, but it's better than using Alex, cos then I'd always end up being like Alex21646846446435464 on every site I sign up to.

I'm already loving it here. Sitting, talking about metal, posting dumb pictures and looking at Harold! What's not to love? It has made a fucking awful day a little bit better. Still want to kill my boss though.

My boss is wierd man, aside from treating me like crap, he's 50 and still amused by the fact that his name is alliterrated (sp?), and he tells the same jokes so many times that it gets to the point where even he still doesn't think they're funny. And I have to listen every time, because I'm usually on site with him every time he meets someone new. Fuck I could put a shovel in his face.
