To be fair in thrash there doesnt seem to be a huge variation. I love thrash but it needs to have something else to it, an edge. But yeh its not like death metal that has so many variations the way it does. But thrash is lovely.

I've said this before, Thrash is Thrash, if you start changing it then it's not Thrash. So of course it doesn't have much variation.

I understand that; it's entirely possible to have interesting thrash still, if you have good riffs, personality, a non-sterile cookie-cutter production, etc. Warbringer have none of these.

What I was commenting on was you saying people were hard to please, as if it were a bad thing! Some higher standards wouldn't go amiss.

Couldn't agree more - why compromise your tastes when there is enough good stuff out there to warrant being picky!
