I have to say the lineup really isn't that appealing at this moment in time, i went to it in 06 and 07 and the lineups were much better. Wacken 08 still has time to rescue itself but i'm increasingly tempted to go to a different festival instead.

Indeed, that's what i've been thinking. But I've never been to Wacken before, so I'd still like to experience the atmosphere and joy of it all. But I'd really like to go to one of the festivals that both Maiden and Priest are playing at. I'd have 5,000 orgasms.
