WARPATH VOTED "THE BEST UNSIGNED BAND OF THE YEAR"
January 2010

The UK’s thrash metallers WARPATH have recently been voted “The Best Unsigned Band of the Year” in 2008 & 2009 by the Terrorizer Magazine Reader’s Polls.

“We're extremely pleased to announce that we have been voted ‘The Best Unsigned Band of the Year’ once again in the Terrorizer Magazine Reader's Polls! We'd like to thank everyone who voted for us and who have helped us win two years running! Happy New Year!”

Warpath ‘Damnation’ Music Video


WARPATH’s debut album ‘Damnation’ was mixed at Kevin Talley’s studio (CHIMAIRA, DAATH) by producer Orlando Villasenor and mastered by James Murphy (TESTAMENT, DEATH).

WARPATH is confirmed for the UK’s HAMMERFEST II and Japan’s TRUE THRASH FEST II in March 2010.

Looks more (read "exactly") like a younger Robert Fripp of King Crimson genius... madness!

Yeah... what is the deal with Warpath?! would love to know how they have been voted best unsigned band for the last 10000000 years with out actually playing any gigs or seemingly... doing anything!? fair play i guess, they are not at all a bad band, but it's boggling my mind a bit.

Well this was the same poll that put Behemoth as fucking winners of everything - which was bloody ludicrous

Warpath are good, but all i heard from them last year was when they were supposed to tour with Evile and pulled out...then nothing else all year.

Also, what does it say if you're still at the top of the UNsigned list a year on? I have nothing particularly against Warpath, but as others have said it does seem strange that their presence hasn't been much felt on the live circuit but they're still winning polls like this.

Yeah theres been mypsace whoring; but Warpath have just bought there way on to everything they've ever had... probably including paying for the myspace whoring to be done for them.
I'm not a fan. They're not terrible, there's just nothing interesting about them either.
