Hello. Now we can whizz about on a radio desk, me and a couple of my mates from my journo course have started doing a fortnightly podcast for a music site called www.intheirwords.co.uk.

Now the site is basically a platform for unsigned bands of any type, but I've made it my personal mission to smear over some rather questionable indie with some qualiteh unsigned UK metal bands in "Paul's metal minute" - (that wasn't my choice for a name, I swear). The site itself has a decent community, it's also going on iTunes, so I think exposure should be half-good. I played Heretic this week... so that's... Yeah.

Obviously I'd love to play some of the lovely boy's tracks from here, so watch out - might do a uk thrash special next week, who knows. PODARIFIC!
